Training Supervisor - Jakarta
Job Descriptions
•    Part of Corporate Human Resources
•    Located in Jakarta, headquarter office
•    Develop training materials and modules
•    To prepare pre-training's preparation (room booking, training handout, training manual, etc)
•    To help Training Manager conduct & deliver training programs
Qualification Required
•    Minimum education : Bachelor's degree in psychology or HR management
•    Minimum three years experience in Training & Development
•    Good communication & presentation skills
•    Willing to travel
•    Good team player & willing to learn
•    Proactive & have an open minded personality

Senior Technician - West Afrika
Responsibilities
•    Reporting to the Engineering Manager Responsible, the incumbent will be responsible for installations, repair and mechanical part of the plant equipment and machineries.
•    To train the subordinates in all aspects of machines repairs and maintenance
•    Completion of any work order
•    Other activities assign by Superior Officer
•    This position will be posted in a joint venture company in West Africa
Requirements
•    Minimum educational background is Diploma Degree from reputable Polytechnics, Technical Institute and Universities in Mechanical or Electronics
•    Posses strong leadership, analytical and negotiation skills.
•    Minimum 5 years experience for Senior Technician in Noodle Manufacturing Environment
•    Mature, dynamic and has strong ability to improve organizational performance by using effective interpersonal skills.
•    Willing to be stationed according to company's policy
•    Adventurous and love challenges.
•    Good communication skills in English
