PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk is an Indonesia-based company. The Company offers industrial, residential and commercial buildings and land for sale, as well as provides infrastructure services, which include water provision, waste water treatment, estate management. In addition, it develops and constructs power plants. It sold its electricity to state-owned power provider, PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). The Company is also engaged in leasing office and commercial spaces and hospitality, which include Plaza JB, Wisma Jababeka, Metropark Condominium, President Executive Club, and Menara Batavia. As of December 31, 2009, the Company’s subsidiaries were PT Grahabuana Cikarang, PT Jababeka Infrastruktur, PT Indocargomas Persada, PT Saranapratama Pengembangan Kota, PT Gerbang Teknologi Cikarang, PT Padang Golf Cikarang, PT Bekasi Power, PT Metropark Condominium Indah, PT Karyamas Griya Utama and PT Jababeka Terminal Kargo.

MARKETING MANAGER
REQUIREMENT :

* Male/female max 40 years old
* Graduate of any bachelor of science or arts degree but preferably major in management, economics, marketing or other related fields; Master degree highly preferred
* Minimum 3-5 years of successful work experience in Marketing in similar position
* Good in marketing research and market analysis
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal and able to speak Mandarin would be advantage
* Good analytical thinking, leadership and communicatin
* Creative, resourceful and flexibel
