* Healthy physical & spiritual
* Graduated D3 & S1
* Grade Point Average (GPA):
o Engineering: 2.65 (PTN) and 2.80 (PTS)
o Non-Engineering: 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS)
* Age ≤ 30 years old as of December 31, 2011
