Administration
Responsibilities:
• Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases.
• Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed.
• Monitors office operations.
• Manages staff schedules.
• Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders.
• Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.
• Supervises all administrative personnel.
Requirements:
• Female max. 30 years old.
• Possess bachelor degree preference from accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years work experiences.
• Good command in English.
• Good in organizational skill and a high degree of personal motivation.
• Reliable and initiative with good planning and self management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill.
HR & GA Manager (code: HRGA-M)
Responsibilities:
• Execute human resource strategic initiatives for review and implementation by top management.
• Anticipate emerging trends on HR issue and initiate recommendations within the overall Company HR strategy.
• Manage the implementation of approved human resources policies to attract, develop, and retain qualified staff.
• Work on a daily operational basis with the line management in support of business objectives and HR strategies.
• Works as a partner with executive management and provide leadership to all HR staff.
• Establish operational guidelines, systems and processes for assessing program performance.
• Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
• Coordinate and control the implementation of all HR programs (staffing, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, etc).
• Support and act as a consultant to the line management in solving problems/issues related to HR matters.
• Manage the human resources within his/her unit, including manpower planning, hiring, people development, performance management, reward management and employee morale.
• Handling Building management and asset management.
• Office security and cleanness.
• Maintain Expatriate formalities documents.
• Maintain office stationary, electricity, waste management, water, etc.
• Any other tasks related to General Affair functions.
Requirements:
• Male/Female max. 45 years old.
• Preferably from Master in Psychology/Management/Law.
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position preferably from Mining industry.
• Excellent experiences in full spectrum of HR Management: Organizational Development, HR Procedures and Processes, Performance Appraisal, Compensation and Benefit, Indonesian Labor Laws and Regulations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Coaching and Counseling.
• Experience in handling compensation-benefit and personnel administration.
• Experience in handling tasks related to General Affair functions.
• Strong leadership skills and good team work.
• Self starter person to work hard, smart to achieve the goal, and must be a good team player.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
HR & GA Supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum S1 in Law/Psychology/Management from reputable University.
• Minimum 3 years experience in handling HRGA as supervisor, preferably in mining industries.
• Excellent working knowledge of Industrial Relations practice, labor law or government regulation, employment agreement, HR Procedures and General Affair.
• Experience in handling compensation-benefit and personnel administration.
• Experience in coal mining industry will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills and good team work.
Geologist
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Coal and Nickel Mining for operational or exploration rol.
- Bachelor degree in Geology.
- Has extensive working knowledge in Mining, Coal Quality, Geological Modeling, Database and Resource calculation.
- Familiar with Geological Software (Mapinfo, ArcView, Surpac, Auto Cad and GPS).
- Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision.
Operation Staff
Responsibilities:
• Handle time sheet calculation about mother vessel.
• Follow up daily update barge and vessel.
• Follow up documents and notification about mother vessel.
Requirements:
• Female max. 30 years old.
• Must possess at least a Bachelor s preference from Law background.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong analytical management and organizational skills.
• Good analytical abilities and accurate with numbers.
• Good in clerical ability.
• High responsibility, hard work and good motivation.
• Have an excellent interpersonal relationship, as well as team working.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Computer literate.
• Communication and problem solving skills applicants.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team.
• Will be placed in one of our subsidiaries in Jakarta based.
• Preference live in Jabodetabek area.
• Willing to travel.
