IT Hardware Sales Executives - Jakarta Raya Responsibility
1. DIRECT Sales: Managing business relationships with existing as well as lead customers. Conducting regular research and develop strategies to determine effective product/solution packaging with competitive pricing. Searching for new clients who could benefit from IT HW server and storage products and when needed combine with software Solutions. Leading all tender initiatives, from inception till closing of the sale, including Costing, pricing and preparation of quotations. Leading all sales activities, from requirement analysis, solution presentations to the ensuing sales calls and sales closing activities Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education. Liaising and provide leadership to other members of the sales team and other technical experts
2. CHANNEL Sales: Identify channels such as dealers and VARs (Value Added Resellers) to sell IT-HW server and Storage products Negotiate quarterly quota of IT HW sales and related discount schemes Manage Channel conflicts Develop marketing campaigns to support the identified channels Develop the branding of the IT HW server and storage products
Requirement A combined sales and technical background. Familiarity with HW products from HP, SUN, IBM is an advantage. At least 5-year experience in HW sales with annual sales volumes of 1 million US$ above Familiar with IT-HW server and Storage sales channels to steer dealers and Value Added Resellers. Speak and write English well. Knowledge of Mandarin would be a plus. Sound judgment, good business sense and negotiation skills. Self-propelled in taking initiatives within broadly set guidelines Natural ability to build relationships to connect with clients quickly and get the deals closed.
