Accountant Manager – MA
Responsible for accurate financial report due to deadline.
Have understanding of IRFS and tax system.
Bachelor / Master of Economics.
2-3 years experiences in accounting.
Promotion Manager - PM
Strategic Planning in Promotion
Held Above the line and Below the line promotion
Bachelor/Master of Architecture/Marketing.
2-3 years experiences in marketing/developer/property.
Construction/Infrastructure/Landscape Manager – MRI
Monitoring construction progress of 2-3 landed house clusters.
Ensure quality, time and quantity as assigned.
Bachelor/Master of Civil Engineering/Architecture.
2-3 years experiences in constructions/project/Real Estate.
Construction/Infrastructure Supervisor - SPV
Ensuring contractor’s work quality of houses contraction.
Good communication and leadership
Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
Fresh Graduates or 1 year experience in construction/project/Real Estate.
Quantity Surveyor Officer - TB
Calculating work volume and up dating price list.
Doing offering / tender to Contractors.
Bachelor/Master of Civil Engineering/Project Management
1-2 years experiences in Quantity Surveyor/Estimator.
